Winter at Creative Technologies Academy means one thing — basketball season is in full swing.
Our Basketball teams are competing with determination, teamwork, and Charger pride. From intense practices to exciting game nights, these student-athletes are representing CTA with excellence both on and off the court.

Boys Varsity Basketball
From Coach Ryan: Throughout this season, the boys worked harder and harder every single practice and game. We won a total of 5 games which is more than what the boys had last year and won 3 games in a row scoring 60+ in those games. Lastly, the boys learned a lot of different things on the fly last year which is tough to do, and had multiple different players play out of their comfort zone and I’m very proud of them for that!
Girls Varsity Basketball
From Coach Reichelt: It has been a fun and exciting season! We have a very young team and they have really grown through this season. We finished 8-8 this season and there have been some exciting games winning one game by one point and two others with a comeback win!
Middle School Girls Basketball
From Coach Reichelt: The girls are working hard. We are a very young team having only one player from the 2024-25 season. They are sticking with it and I see lots of improvement every day.
Leadership from the Athletic Department

From our Athletic Director, Kenzie Bowers: I am incredibly proud of our CTA basketball programs and the hard work our players and coaches have put in this season. Their dedication to improving every day has been evident on and off the court, and the growth we’ve seen across all three teams is a direct reflection of that commitment. From teamwork to individual development, this season has showcased what it means to compete with heart, discipline, and character.
By balancing academics and athletics, CTA students demonstrate that excellence requires dedication in every area.
